Clayton Family Hub offers a broad range of weekly sessions and support services for local families. Current groups and activities include:
- Stay and Play — relaxed drop-in play sessions for children aged 0–5 and their families
- Arts and Crafts Family Sessions — creative drop-in sessions for children under 10 with a parent or carer
- Baby Massage — gentle bonding sessions supporting relaxation and parent confidence
- Wrigglers, Rollers and Crawlers — songs, rhymes and play supporting babies' physical development
- School Readiness Sessions — practical, activity-based sessions for families with children starting nursery or reception
- Circle of Security Parenting Group — an 8-week programme supporting attachment and parent-child relationships for families with children aged 4 months to 4 years
- Incredible Years Parents Programme — a 14-week positive parenting course for parents and carers of children aged 2–4
- Early Help Parenting — The Nurture Programme — supporting the emotional health of parents and children (referral only)
- CAPS Pre-School Clinic — specialist early years mental health support for parents of children aged 2–5 (by appointment)
- Talk English Circles and ESOL — friendly English language and conversation sessions for adults
- Talking Therapies — assessment and support for common mental health difficulties, open to anyone registered with a Manchester GP
- New Leaf Foundation Young Carers Group — weekly sessions for young carers building confidence, life skills and resilience
- New Leaf Foundation SEND Youth Group — fun sessions on Saturdays for young people aged 11–25 with special educational needs
- Careers Connect — support for young people aged 16–18 (or up to 25 for care leavers and those with an EHCP) not in employment, education or training
- Local Offer Pop-In — drop-in information and guidance for families of children and young people with SEND aged 0–25
- Health and midwifery services including healthy child drop-ins, baby weighing, 18-month development checks, antenatal clinics and smoke-free pregnancy support
- Birth Registration appointments and Leaving Care drop-in support
