The Toddler Stay and Play session at Best Start Family Hub North is a free weekly group for children under five and their parents or carers. Activities are planned using Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) guidance and typically include arts and crafts, outdoor play, sand and water play, play dough, stories, rhymes and singing — giving little ones a fun, stimulating environment in which to explore and learn.

Sessions are supported by a member of the Family Hub Team who are on hand to offer advice and guidance on child development and behaviour, as well as signposting to other local services. The group also provides a welcoming space for parents and carers to meet other families in the area.

There is a small on-site car park at the venue, with on-road parking also available nearby.
