Baby Massage Middleton is a weekly session run by Spoons, a Greater Manchester charity dedicated to supporting families who have experienced neonatal care. Held every Wednesday at Alkrington Community Centre, the session is designed for non-mobile babies and their parents or carers, offering a calm and nurturing space to explore the benefits of baby massage together.

Each session introduces techniques to help soothe and calm babies, supporting bonding and attachment in a relaxed environment. Sessions are kept intentionally small, giving parents the space to share their experiences with one another and begin building meaningful peer support networks with families who truly understand the neonatal journey.

To attend, families must first complete the Spoons parent registration form — please allow at least two working days for this to be processed. Once registered and booked on, a place is guaranteed and joining details will be sent by email ahead of the session. Always check your spam folder if you are expecting a confirmation from Spoons.
