Mini Movers is a free, drop-in session at the Science and Industry Museum, designed especially for children aged five and under. Set in the Textiles Gallery, the sessions are led by the museum's Explainers and invite little ones to roll, clank, whirr and clack their way through a fun and creative adventure exploring how our bodies work like machines.
Sessions are Makaton-friendly and encourage children to get moving, get silly and engage their sense of wonder in a welcoming and inclusive environment. With no tickets needed and two sessions running each weekend morning, families can simply turn up and join in.
Please note that Mini Movers runs during school term time only and is subject to staff availability. During school holidays, the museum offers other activities for younger visitors — check the What's On page for the latest details.
