The Manchester Young People’s Wellbeing Group, run by Kids, offers a welcoming and inclusive space for young people to connect, learn new skills and boost their wellbeing. Designed specifically for those with SEND, the sessions provide a safe environment where attendees can build confidence, make friends and enjoy a variety of engaging activities.
Each weekly session is built around the NHS 5 Steps to Wellbeing, encouraging young people to connect with others, stay active, learn new skills, give back and practise mindfulness. The group focuses on fun, meaningful experiences that support both emotional wellbeing and personal development. :contentReference[oaicite:5]{index=5}
