Get ready, Stockport… one of the UK’s wildest race days is heading your way this summer!

Stockport Krazy Races 2026

• Location: St Peter’s Square through to Mersey Square, Stockport
• Times: Approx. 10:45am – 5:00pm

Krazy Races is bringing its high-speed, laugh-out-loud soapbox derby to Stockport, taking over the town centre with a full day of adrenaline, creativity and family fun.

Watch as teams race through the streets in their homemade karts, tackling a 350m course packed with twists, turns, obstacles and water splashes. Expect outrageous designs, big personalities and plenty of “did that really just happen?!” moments. 

Event schedule highlights:

• 10:45am – Opening launch procession
• 11:00am – 1:00pm – Morning races
• 1:00pm – 2:00pm – Lunch break
• 2:00pm – 4:30pm – Afternoon races
• 4:30pm – 5:00pm – Final showdown & awards

Throughout the day, you can also meet the teams in the pit area, explore street food stalls and soak up the buzzing festival atmosphere.

• A purpose-built race course with obstacles and challenges
