Mama and Me Dance Classes offer welcoming, uplifting dance sessions designed for parents, caregivers and their little ones, alongside empowering adult-only dance classes. With a focus on movement, mindfulness and community, classes are designed to help attendees reconnect with themselves, embrace joy and meet other local families in a relaxed, judgement-free space.

Their popular Babywearing and Mindfulness Dance Classes combine gentle movement, music and babywearing cuddles in a supportive environment where parents can dance, connect and feel part of their local community. Each 45-minute session encourages confidence, friendship and fun, and baby carriers are available to borrow at no extra cost. All instructors are trained babywearing consultants or peer supporters.

Alongside classes, Mama and Me Dance Classes also host regular Mama Socials and community events, helping parents build friendships and connections beyond the dance floor.

Babywearing and Mindfulness Dance Classes in Manchester

This Class is Suitable for:

• Babies aged 8 weeks+ (corrected age if premature) weighing a minimum of 7lbs

• Parents who have completed their postnatal check-up

• Parents recovering from a C-section after 12 weeks post birth (please contact the team if you are already fit and active)

• Dads, grandparents, carers and family members are all welcome too! 

In each class, attendees can expect:

• 45 minutes of uplifting dance and movement

• Mindfulness and feel-good moments

• A friendly, supportive atmosphere

• Opportunities to meet likeminded local parents
