Spoons Little Cruisers North Manchester is a wellbeing walk run by Spoons, a Greater Manchester charity dedicated to supporting families who have experienced neonatal care. Set in the expansive grounds of Heaton Park, the sessions are designed for parents with babies and young children in prams or pushchairs, offering a gentle way to get moving and enjoy some time in the open air.

More than just a walk, Little Cruisers is a chance to meet and connect with other neonatal families in a relaxed, informal setting. Getting out of the house with a little one can feel like a big step, and these sessions provide a friendly, supportive group to do it with — fresh air, familiar faces and conversation with people who truly understand.

To attend, families must first complete the Spoons parent registration form — please allow at least two working days for this to be processed. Once registered and booked on, a place is guaranteed and joining details will be sent by email ahead of the session. Always check your spam folder if you are expecting a confirmation from Spoons.
